Love it! Have you told this to Liver King? I would always get injured at the gym. Now I workout outdoors most days and I gotta say its way better.

Hahah, Haven't had the opportunity! I wonder how he works out.

I do think there's something in the linear, repetitive motions in the gym that lend themselves to injury. I'm going to explore that topic in the next part.
